Return & Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1st, 2025

This policy applies to purchases made on creoglass.co.uk. It does not affect your statutory rights.

 


 

1. Change-of-Mind Returns (Non-Bespoke Items)

  • Eligible non-bespoke items (e.g. tools, samples, standard accessories, unopened stock) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition, accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • For cancellations made within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the product price and standard outbound delivery costs. You are responsible for return shipping.

  • Expedited delivery upgrades are non-refundable.


2. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Products

  • Custom, made-to-measure, coloured or printed glass and any product manufactured to your specifications are non-returnable for change of mind.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Once in production, cancellation is not possible.

  • Faults are always covered (see Section 3).


3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, you may reject it for a full refund within 30 days.

  • After 30 days (and within six months), we will repair or replace where possible; if not, we will issue a refund.

  • Please notify us of any transit damage within 48 hours (with photos) so we can claim with the courier. Missing this window does not affect your statutory rights.


 

4. Returns Process

  1. Contact us at [[email protected]] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/faulty).

  2. We will issue a Returns Number (RMA) and return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

  3. Pack securely. Refunds may be withheld for damage caused by poor packaging.

  4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

5. Restocking Fee (Non-Fault Returns)

  • No fee for sealed/unused items returned in perfect condition.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for opened/handled non-bespoke items requiring re-inspection, polishing, or repackaging.

  • No restocking fee for faulty or incorrect items.


 

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, used or installed samples, partially installed goods, and all bespoke/made-to-measure glass (except where faulty).
